General Terms and Conditions

These general conditions of service (GTC) apply to all services provided by The Window Sàrl by Katiusca Veronese, Via Artore 14b, CH-6500 Bellinzona

Reservations and Payments

  1. Reservations can be made by phone, email or through our website.
  2. As a guarantee we charge a deposit, equal to half the amount due, for each reservation.
  3. The remaining balance is paid on site.
  4. The price of the reservation includes VAT.
  5. We accept cash payments, bank transfers and credit cards.
  6. All payments must be made upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed in advance.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the arrival date will be fully refunded.
  2. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the arrival date will be charged the full cost of the reservation.
  3. In case of no show or early departure, 100% of the cost of the reservation will be charged.

Check-in and Check-out

  1. Check-in is available from 3 p.m. to 9 p.m. Please inform us in advance of your estimated arrival time.
  2. Check-out must be by 12 noon on the day of departure.
  3. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged upon availability and agreement.
  4. Self check-in is possible. If you request this option, you will be sent a video with instructions and updated code through WhatsApp.
  5. Late check-out is possible, by 9 p.m., an additional fee of CHF 90.- is charged

Facility Rules

  1. Smoking is prohibited inside the facility. Smoking is permitted only in designated outdoor areas.
  2. Your four-legged friends are welcome and taken care of in our facility (a small surcharge of CHF 16.- per day is requested).
  3. Guests are expected to respect other residents by avoiding excessive noise during the nighttime hours.
  4. Please respect the safety rules and use the provided equipment properly.

Liability

  1. The management of The Window Sàrl will not assume liability for any accident, damage or loss of guest property.
  2. Guests are responsible for damage caused intentionally or negligently to facilities or equipment and will be required to cover the related repair or replacement costs.

By confirming your reservation at our facility, you automatically agree to the above GTC and explicitly agree that your personal data will be processed by The Window Sàrl as outlined in the Data Protection Notice.
