An exceptional stay!

I stayed at The Window for business reasons. This is exceptional accommodation in an idyllic setting. The view of the city, day and night, is breathtaking. In addition, the warm, modern and high standard layout of the rooms will ensure you have a very pleasant stay. The bed is very comfortable. Katiusca is very friendly, helpful and happy to answer any questions or other information (restaurants, etc.). She does not hesitate to pick you up with her private vehicle in town. Furthermore, electric bikes are available. In short, no detail is left to chance!

For sure, I will return there for my leisure time!

Ein perfekter Aufenthalt! Die Lage zwischen den Burgen ist traumhaft, der Blick aus dem Fenster unbeschreiblich schön und die Gastgeberin ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Frühstück waren großartig. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

We would definitely like to come back with friends and book both rooms and visit more around. Would highly recommend The Window!

The property is very modern and had everything we needed for our night stay. We have a hybrid car and were able to charge it in our parking. We were warmly welcomed along with our two little doggies and there was fresh water for them on arrival which I found very sweet. Our hostess was very attentive and communication was excellent.

Room was super modern and stylish and a great size with a balcony overlooking Bellinzona with amazing views of the mountains and castle. Bed was very comfortable, and also the pillows. Breakfast was very good with a lot of choices.

Abbiamo passato due giorni in questo bellissimo posto, a pochi minuti a piedi dal centro di bellinzona e con una vista spettacolare sul castello Montebello. La struttura è nuovissima, moderna, pulita e accogliente.

La proprietaria gentile, servizievole e disponibile per qualsiasi necessità. Posto dove ritornerò sicuramente.

Posto magico per evadere dallo stress del quotidiano, con una fantastica vista su Bellinzona ed i suoi castelli.
Oltre alle bellissime camere, curate con amore in ogni dettaglio, si trova un’accoglienza piena di entusiasmo e con il sorriso, per trascorrere un soggiorno in pieno relax. Ottima la colazione, con prodotti freschi e di alta qualità.

Ottimi anche i servizi offerti per una vacanza al top. The Window ti trasporta in un piccolo angolo di paradiso.

This Hotel is a Jewel. The best hotel I have stayed in my many years of travel, which include renowned 5-star hotels. The communication and reception from the owner, Katiusca, was generous and friendly, and this personal service continued throughout, nothing was too much trouble. Garage parking on site. A beautiful concept bedroom with grandstand views over the alps. Breakfast delicious. Enjoyed an impressive dinner at the nearby castle. I look forward to visiting this hidden Gem again as soon as possible.

Iniziando dalla proprietaria veramente gentilissima, disponibile e molto professionale. La location vanta di una vista mozzafiato che si divide fra i castelli che contraddistinguono Bellinzona e paesaggi innevati. Tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli e le camere sono impeccabili. Le camere sono molto spaziose super pulite e con una vista veramente da togliere il fiato. Grazie all’enorme vetrata è possibile godersi il panorama a qualsiasi ora del giorno , inoltre nei terrazzini vi sono delle poltrone a dondolo e un tavolino proprio per godersi un bicchiere di vino mentre si ammira il panorama. Pulizia lodevole.

Consiglio a tutti questa fantastica struttura e noi speriamo di poterci ritornare presto.
